March is

OCACD is dedicating the month of March as GIVE BACK A SMILE MONTH and hope you will join us.

Last year the OCACD raised $15,500 for this wonderful cause and we hope you will want to be involved. Many of our members and attendees participated and it was a huge success! With your help we hope to exceed that amount this year.

Give Back A Smile is a program which helps survivors of domestic and sexual violence who have suffered dental injuries. ALL proceeds from the fundraiser are donated to Give Back A Smile, which is the premier program of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) Charitable Foundation. With the support of KULZER, whitening kits are donated to participating dentists, so all of the money earned from the treatment is donated to the foundation and supports smile restorations. Remember, all the whitening material used for this program will be reimbursed by Kulzer so there is no out of pocket expense to you. All of money you donate is also tax deductible.

The following link will provide you with all the information you need to participate in this fundraiser.

The link info states you will send the bottom half of your voucher directly to AACD.

Please do not send directly to AACD.  Please send your payment and bottom half of voucher to

7836 Lori Drive
Huntington Beach, CA 92648

instead of AACD as we are charged with collecting the funds and vouchers from our academy.

Click here for an amended voucher to this email for your use.

Please submit your funds to OCACD no later than the second week in April.

AACD Example: Program Recipient Testimonial
This GBAS recipient was violently attacked by her ex-boyfriend. The blows to her face were so vicious that she lost her front tooth and suffered such damage to her eye that it had to be removed "It feels good when you can smile and know that the world is smiling with you. I smile all the time now, but for 10 years I couldn't. Whenever I looked in the mirror I saw a monster; today, I see a beautiful woman."
Participant Success Story:

"When I first opened my office the greatest practice grower I had was my commitment to the GBAS whitening fundraiser. The new patients that came to me from this act of good will have converted into great, lifelong patients. You can Give Back a Smile to your patients while helping those who need one the most. I can promise you, you will end up smiling the most- happiness runs in a circular motion!" Dr Kerri White
